Primary Supply Teacher – Key Stage 2 Supply

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher specialising in Key Stage 2 to join our local school supply pool in the North West. This role provides the opportunity to teach in a variety of primary schools, helping students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Teaching Key Stage 2: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 2.
• Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess students’ work and provide constructive feedback to support their academic progress.
• Adaptability: Quickly adapt to different school environments and requirements, maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements

• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in various schools across Lancashire and adapt to different teaching environments.
• Safeguarding: Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Enhanced DBS check required.
